About Mrs. Reyna:

Welcome to my science classroom!  This year we will learn Biology primarily through Project Based Learning (PBL) as a way for the students to learn the Biology curriculum as well as learning skills in leadership, communication, critical thinking, creativity and collaboration.  

I graduated from University of Texas-Pan American with a Bachelor's in Biology and received my Master's in Plant Science Biotechnology/Molecular Biology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.  This is my 4th year teaching; 2nd year at Southeast. I am excited and looking forward to an amazing year and getting to know my students while leading them to success!

Daily Schedule:

  I have high expectations for ALL my students and together we can reach our goals!  We will keep a positive learning environment in our classroom so please come to class with required materials, completed assignments and a positive attitude. Students should review class notes every night to be prepared for class.  We will have quizzes every Friday.

Required for class: All students will need a composition notebook and a 3 ring binder (at least 1") to be left in class, pen or pencil, and color pencils.

Tutoring will be available on Tuesday after school from 2:30-3:30 pm. Tutoring sessions can also be made by appointment.
